 I maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive understanding of the British Columbia Building Code, the International Building Code and municipal zoning regulations, ensuring compliance with local standards in all my projects.

 Proficient in LEED and sustainable building techniques, I integrate eco-friendly practices into my designs, contributing to a greener future.  My research on biophilic design during university and after allows me to intertwine natural elements into architectural and engineering solutions, enhancing occupants' well-being.
