Client's Vision: Designed for a client aiming to establish a youth center in Kamloops to support children lacking access to proper medical and support facilities.
Client-Centric Layout: Prioritized client comfort by creating a flow-through design, featuring calming waiting areas, and strategically placed decompression zones along the main path.
Biophilic Reception: Incorporated biophilic design elements at the reception area to seamlessly integrate nature into the interior environment.
Functional Spaces: The center includes therapy offices, examination rooms, RCMP offices, rest, and recreation areas catering to both clients and employees.
Rentable Space: Added versatility with rentable upper-floor space, complete with a separate entrance for additional functionality.
